Tira Ismail
Pastry Chef

Born in Singapore, Tira graduated from the renown Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Center obtaining her diploma in Culinary Skills.

After the first working experience at Elizabeth Hotel, she decided to follow her interest into Pastry, joining Shangri-La Singapore.

Her passion for baking led her to pursue further studies in pastry after which she got the possibility of working for Raffles Hotel and Sentosa Golf Club. In 2008 she started her career at Italian Restaurants such as Forlino, Osvaldo, Otto and Da Laura Mia Torino. She is passionate for travels and different cuisines that she likes to try and experiment with curiosity.

She joined Garibaldi in May 2015 with the objective to create a new range of of sweet delights able to fulfil any customer desire!
