Antonio Valentini has been in the Food & Beverage Industry for 15 years. His journey started off as a waiter in different wellknown restaurants in the romantic city of Verona, Italy. From there he moved up in career and level by level he reached the position of an Restaurant Manager
In 2015, he decided to challenge himself with a greater plan, by moving to Singapore and joining Garibaldi as an Assistant Manager. As first International Experience in his great career he is lighten up by the possibility of serving different customers, while keeping his authentic Italian touch.
While working in Garibaldi he gained experience in the Catering Industry, helding them permanently with the rest of the team, and gladly promoted to the highest role in Garibaldi. Antonio is now fully responsible for the Restaurant Operations, Wine Cellar related matters and the Staff training procedures.
