Named after the Italian General Giuseppe Garibaldi who was known for his bold spirit to unite Italy, our restaurant aims to bring Italy together in taste. Serving authentic Italian from every region, Garibaldi is a modern, elegant and dynamic restaurant that has become a landmark for the Italian fine dining scene in Singapore.

Concept Openings
The success of Garibaldi prompted the opening of other concept stores including Burrata Joy and Gustavo Lapasta in 2020. Classic meets casual in a restaurant opened in the heat of the Covid-19 pandemic. Starting off as mainly a delivery service, the first physical store opened in Katong V in January 2022. With creamy burrata at the heart of our signature dishes, we make gourmet pasta accessible to all.
